Prozon Kurumsal Teknoloji Çözümleri A.Ş. processes the personal data you share with us through your business card, our digital business card page or our correspondence as a data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data processed: name, title, organisation, email address, phone number, address, website and LinkedIn address, business card image; where we met and meeting notes. Purposes: contacting you, sending information and offers you requested, establishing and managing a business relationship, following up events and trade fairs; with your consent, sending commercial electronic messages about our products and services. Legal bases: steps prior to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); your consent for commercial electronic messages. Recipients: service providers for CRM, email, hosting and business card reading, which may be located outside Türkiye or the EU. Service providers currently used: CRM — HubSpot (AB veri merkezi); AI business card reading and enrichment — Anthropic (ABD); Email and staff directory — Google Workspace (ABD / AB); Zoom (meeting background) (ABD (Zoom hesabının veri merkezi)). Retention: as long as the business relationship and applicable law require; afterwards the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, withdrawal of consent and, under the GDPR, restriction, portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
